Once we have a good understanding of your needs and challenges, we will start to do some high-level research and analysis to help us size your effort.
Collaborating on scope
We don’t do anything in a vacuum, and that includes defining the scope of work. We will work together to define the scope and cost estimates that we are both comfortable with.
Drafting and refining initial Work Order(s)
To ensure accurate estimates and budget control, we segment work into smaller Work Orders instead of one large Statement of Work. Dedicated Teams start with a 2-4 week Sprint, while Flex Teams begin with a monthly Work Order. We guide you through each to ensure clarity on inclusions and exclusions.
