Initial research and analysis
Once we have a good understanding of your needs and challenges, we will start to do some high-level research and analysis to help us size your effort.

- Demo account access setup and analysis
- Usage analysis
- Screen inventory


Collaborating on scope
We don’t do anything in a vacuum, and that includes defining the scope of work. We will work together to define the scope and cost estimates that we are both comfortable with.

- Analysis of any requirements documents
- Expected cadence of meetings and deliverables
- Required tools for project management, design, and development
- Timeline and budget constraints
- Pricing models (Dedicated Team or UX Support Subscription)


Drafting and refining initial Work Order(s)
To ensure accurate estimates and budget control, we segment work into smaller Work Orders instead of one large Statement of Work. Dedicated Teams start with a 2-4 week Sprint, while UX Support Subscription Teams begin with a monthly Work Order. We guide you through each step to ensure clarity on inclusions and exclusions.
